What is new (US case)

• Case summary & two classes — The page still explains the publisher/developer class (commission paid to Valve for Steam sales in the stated period) and the separate consumer class (PC game purchases via Steam). The publisher/developer opt-out deadline (2 September 2025) is shown as passed.
• Consumer class milestones — Notes that the court appointed Cohen Milstein as sole Interim Lead Class Counsel for the consumer class on 2 May 2025, and that on 28 August 2025 the court granted an unopposed voluntary dismissal without prejudice for three named consumer plaintiffs as class representatives (they may remain as absent class members).
• Status timeline — Includes certification for the publisher class, appeal petition denied (Ninth Circuit), opt-out deadline completed, and ongoing motion practice (sealing, dispositive motions; some orders sealed) for 2025–2026.
• Documents — Direct links on the site to the official class action materials, plus helpful extras such as the 28 August 2025 order (Dkt. 533) on the voluntary dismissal, the 31 March 2026 order (Dkt. 591) on sealing (in part), and the CourtListener RECAP docket.
• Official site — Prominent link to the court-authorised site and its Important documents page—we still do not tell you how to exercise any class rights.
